Default car running lean after cleaning maf

I cleaned the MAF with crc maf cleaner today. Car has been idling a little rough since I installed my boosted performance turbo kit so been trying to pin point the problem. The idle surges a little, I replaced both throttle bodies which did help it but didn't fully cure. Today I decided why not try cleaning the MAF's which I should have waited as I need to leave soon for work (out of town) and now my car is running very lean.

Before I cleaned the MAF's the car idles at 14-15:1 and under normal driver it was about 13:16:1 depending how much gas I gave the car. Under boost it was 10.5:1-11.5:1.

After cleaning the MAF's I now idle about the same 14.5-15:1 but under normal driving i'm running very lean 16-19:1 depending on how much gas and I did a quick boost afr check and it's at 12.5-13.5:1. However the idle problem seems to be almost completely gone. I can still tell it's there but it's fluctuating so little now you can barely tell. So somehow the idle issue is almost completely fix but now the car runs extremely lean.

What sucks is I now have to drive this car 80 miles to another city for work, the company as already booked my hotel and paid me for gas/meals so I can't just not go at this point. I should of tried cleaning the MAF's after I got back from work, very stupid decision on my part.

Any idea's on wtf just happened?

Sounds like the car was tuned with a dirty MAF. You may need to retune it now.

Well no idea what happened but when I was close to my hotel (almost 80 miles later) I saw the afr's looked solid again. Did a wot pull and I'm back at 10.5-11.5:1 on the wideband and the car is not hesitating anymore. Never touching the maf ever again.

The car probably had to relearn fuel corrections.
