Default Built vq35hr block. Help and opinions.

Hello all, I have a vq35hr with a custom rear mount kit. The 4th cylinder recently tested at 90psi, and i believe it is my rings. I decided to pull the motor and was thinking about going ahead and building it while it’s out. I already have torn the engine down to the block with the pistons still inside and am going to take it to a machine shop to get an inspection on it. I have not seen any kits out there for a HR motor so I am interested to see what people have put together to build this motor for boost and a price if you could. Is it worth building the hr block or just swap a vhr bottom end on it with hr heads? Or just throw another stock engine in it. The car is just a street car and I’m not looking to push it to its limits but still make good power. Any thoughts or input is appreciated.
