It wouldn't be a 370Z then. Nobody will want a 3.7 V8.

Why must the Japanese designers always take something that has smooth and flowing lines, and evolve it by making it more complicated ?

The headlights, the hood bumps, and now the tails too. . . it looks horrible !

It looks awkward from the side view with the GTR roof and pillar and ends abruptly at the end. Just not a very polished design...seems a bit messy. Although the front view doesn't look too bad.

We'll prolly see a more refined car in the end. but the Japanese usually keep design on proto's pretty close when it's production time unlike America. So i may be contradiciting my self.. lol

The rear screams maxima. Not something you want your 35k 370z to say.

The headlamps... I hope that doesn't make it into production. It looks like someone went into Photoshop and use "smudge" on the headlights

Tell that to Ferrari owners. The one that will talk crap are the muscle car guys, that think size is the problem. A 3.7 V-8 might actually give you a nice power band with high rpms

I tend to agree but the Japanese usually stay close in the final stages unlike American made cars.. It does look like the lights will make it tho as early shots of the Maximina have the same headlights..

The "G-Nose" is kind of tight lookin' IMO... That would be the V-8 model... As for the V-8 haters, I guess I don't understand all of the whining, just don't buy it if you hate it that much...
