True but my Z sees the track about 6 times a year FI is prob a pipe dream for me tho, especially with a new family car and motorcycle in my near future...

If you're still moving to North Van all you'll find is an old 4 lane highway which for most of the day is congested.

That sounds like Stillen Stage 1 or something in the 320rwhp range. So no...mine is quite a bit faster.

I didn't take my car to the strip, but using a G-Tech, my Z ran a 1/4 of 11.6 sec. and 0-60 at 3.8 sec.

Alex, I've never dragged the Z but the guys from Z Car Garage apparently go on a regular. Should check them out. Ive also been following a thread in the Bay Area forum regarding NCRC. You should hit up the track day they are doing at Thunderhill. Great track with lots of runoff so you don't have to stress the walls unlike Infineon Oh how I miss the Bay Area tracks....

Good deal. Just a heads up as I've never heard your car before, but Laguna Seca has the most restrictive sound level in the area. Can't rememeber what it is but it is set fairly low. Something to be aware of in case your car is as loud as mine Have fun and drive safe.

You have to learn to live with the snow. I am heading BC to do some mountain sledding. There is a hill climb comp this weekend in Valemount. The will be lots of modded sleds for the eyes and ears to enjoy. Probably a few 500 hp machines with NOS, ST or S/C. Getting 5 days off starting tomorrow. Heading out with 7 buddies. Little drink, little smoke, and lots a sledding. I will post pictures when I return.

I just got my car back yesterday! Wooo Hoooo. It's way louder than I remembered It really creates an echo through downtown even when I'm trying to go easy on the throttle. My wife said she can hear me coming home and pulling into the garage even though it's undergground and our townhome is 3 stories (she was upstairs). Is this going to cause problems for me with the local police? Should I pop the sileners back in? I must admit that I love the sound without the silencers not for the volume but for the low rumble.

PLUS there is no CAR that can push 4000rwh IDIOT how old are you???? 4???? even my 5 year old son konws that. Anyhow I don't know how you came up with your stupid post but I don't really care.

hey 3kgt48, take a deep breath, in and out, repeat. feel better now. is your little rant over. It was obviously a typo, meant to be 400, not 4000.
oh yeah, no other car appeals to me like the z, so I don't care to upgrade to a better "stock" car. thanks for your input though.
