Buying used wheels in the States

Hey guys,
I've been watching the classified board as I'm in the market for some slightly used(but way cheaper than new wheels). ANyone have experience buying a set of wheels in the states? If so, what are the costs like?

Yeah same here! Custom will cost you an arm and a leg.

hey guys, had a set of Ruff Racing 279's shipped from california and a set of tires from tire rack in cali also, to british columbia. tire rack couldn't(wouldn't) invoice a lower price but the rim guys worked with me on the declared value, wink wink, and only cost me $55 canadian for custom charges. can't hurt to ask.
