Never been there -- what is music genre? Pop, Hip Hop, Club trance?

 

^ It used to be sonar, but has now been renovated. It's mainly hiphop/top40, but the upstairs room plays some house. Mostly an asian crowd. I've heard its quite nice though...been wanting to check it out. And yes, it's in gastown.

Sorry to drag this back from the dead with a slightly OT post but here goes:

I'm planning on going out with a few friends for my bday, and since they all want to go to DTP, I figured I'd make the afterparty at plush our destination for the night. Just wondering if I set up a guest list there in the normal fashion, or is there some special procedure because of the afterparty, or better yet is there some sort of special deal for birthays Any help would be great, and hope to see some nice local G's/Z's at DTP

Edit* if it helps our chances of securing a guest list, it's a mixture of girls and guys...since clubs seem to admit people alot easier when it's not a sausage fest.
