Default Visiting

Hey I am going to be visiting Canada at the end of July and was wondering about some of the attractions and places to go and things to see around the Vancouver, Victoria area. I am going to be going with my girlfriend to show her where I was born, but since I moved to the states at an early age I'm not to sure about where to go and what not. So suggestions please!

This section of the forum is dead I don't see many west coasters posting here. I don't much about Vancouver...but Stanley Park is the obvious. I visited there and just hung out in the city not really doing anything specific and i loved it there, Its just a cool city.

Victoria is totally beautiful, the whole Island is pretty awesome. if you plan on driving here, great places to see all up the Island.

Not sure there are any visible this time of year..if they are anywhere away from the city lights you should be able to see them.

Winter is best though I've seen them here in Alberta in June. If you have some time, take a trip out to Tofino, I hear it is ruggedly beautiful out there, very different from the Cali coast.
