Is there any weekly Z meets in Edmonton?

 

No, and there really arn't many Z owners that hang out here either.

I would be up for a track meet at Castrol Raceway like last year. Maybe early September..

Where are you? I'm in Terwillegar Town, and do see a bunch of Z's around but don't really know if any of the guys are on here.

Ahhhh yes, I remember now. You wanted to see my setup so you can decide if that is something you would like.

I am actually looking for local Z guys that would like a kit. This way I can also make an install manual..and so on.

I found a good deal on Precision turbos, with a smaller compressor housing sot that it sits even higher than my setup. Kind of sourcing my suppliers now.

 

id be interested. would like to see a complete list of parts for that kit

 

There are weekly Z meetings they are through the Edmonton Z car club or something like that. At Barraso Nissan I think. Check "thru the windshield.com" I think they list it in there. I don't know anyone that has gone I think it is mostly older Zs though.

I would be up for any regular meets in the calgary area. Ended up going to Red deer for the VEX thing with all the G35 guys and it was a wicked time... until the hail hit driving home...

 

All i found in thru the windshield was in Calgary at Burrasso, I was sure there was an Edmonton meet as well. Sorry but if you find one let us know.

Edit: i felt like an idiot for pointing you in Calgarys direction instead of Edmonton. So I see there is a monthly meet in Edmonton but you may have to contact them to find out where?

Yeah, I am a bit angry. Sprained my left ankle playing basketball, and was in a lot of pain last night. The swelling went down a bit today but it still hurts. First thing I did this morning is get in the car to see if I can still work the clutch. I can, but it's not that easy, every shift would hurt like a SOB.

So, chances are I will be just a spectator. My wife tells me to load up on tylanol and go anyway.

jonny, check the Canada section of G35Driver, we have some get-togethers planned - detailing meet this Sat, plus another AB meet in Sept.

 

Fine by me. , actually she wanst to go and get a helmet ASAP so she can make a few trips down the track at castrol. I am lucky that way, Mommy likes to go fast.

 

I have an older Simpson Model 61, size 7 1/8, Snell 75 approved she can have for free. Silver, needs a new visor (or just take it off for in the car). Unless she wants new.
