I was offered an amp switch which the dealer received months ago but is still not installed....does this letter refer to a new fix?

Damn! When I bring up and TSB's to my dealer they look at me like I'm an alien. " No we haven't heard of anything wrong with the stock Bose stereo sir. " I get the same thing when I complain about the tranny grinding shifting from first to second when it's cold. They said they took it for a spin and it shifting just fine. Well why would I make this **** up I said. They told me they could rebuild the tranny if it gets worse. I don't want a damn rebuilt tranny on my new fricken car...I want a new one! I guess I'll just have to keep working on them or try a different dealer. Anyone else having problems with warranty?
