Class Action Lawsuit in Canada - PLZ read this
Hello,
I have been experiencing all the technical problems mentionned on this board so far with my 350Z acquired in March 2003.
Nissan Canada is offering absolutely no settlement of the various issues (tranny, tire feathering, ...) simply saying that they can't do nothing unless Nissan place a recall.
Myself and other owners are considering filling a class action lawsuit against Nissan Canada for the major problems.
Anyone located in Canada who have experienced problems that could not be settled with Nissan Canada, please send email to the following address:
nissanclassaction@hotmail.com
The following info will be required:
Name and address and a list of problems and Nissan's response.
Best regards,
Richard.
