TPS Question: Two sets of wheels (street and track) and both have TPS sensors ..
will it work -- can the car be married to more than one set of wheels????
In other words -- when I swap wheels, will the car instantly recongnize the TPS sensors from the other set (assuming both sets have been married once)?

No. The dealer resets the car so that it knows the ID # of each TPS. Obviously, it will only recognize one set at a time. If you put a different set of wheels on, the ID # of each sensor will be different than the ones the car had been programmed to recognize.
Dave is correct. I have two sets of wheels with dedicated TPSs. When I switch from winter to summer tires, the onboard TPS system in the car must be reset at the dealers. To use your anology, the Nissan system practices 'monogamy' wherein only one set of TPSs is married to the onboard receiver at any given time. Isn't polygamy illegal in the US?
