is this safe? I got some S03s and they have chunks of rubber missing on the tread. also, some rubber ar hanging, look like it's been carved, but not and it is quite deep. the damage deeper than the middle(indented) park of the tire, just by little bit. And from inside of the tire, everything's fine. i was just wondering, does the tread part of tire have belts just like sidewalls have? will this be safe to drive?
