Default 18" SF Challange offsets

I want to purchase some gunmetal 18x9 and 18x10 sf challange wheels. I found a thread that states volk reccomends a +24 offset for both front and back, however this tire offers the following offsets +21, +22, +23, +27 for front and back. I would appreciate it if anyone can answer any of these questions:
1) I think that +23 would be the way to go but can anyone confirm this?
2) Does anyone know what lip size the +23 would have on the rear tire
3) Would the front clear a bbk
4) Can anyone recommend good place to buy these shipped with toyo T1s mounted and balanced, caps and lugs to 11787

Thanks

a lot of ppl here have 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 +22 offset all-around and they fit with no problems so i don't see why you can't go 18x9 and 18x10 +21 offset all-around. i think you will have more than enough room for your bbk.
