Why the hell do the volk wheel center caps cost extra.

 

Who knows..... it seems that alot of high end aftermarket wheels don't come with the necessary accessories. My Blitz rims did not come with lug nuts or hub centering rings.

 

I was under the impression that a few models do include center caps . . . of course my TEs didn't

Just another way to rip off the buyer. As if the wheels weren't expensive enough.

 

I ordered some SF Challenges and they came with center caps. Unfortunately, they didnt come with lugs or bolts. I dont know why the company wouldnt include some bolts and lugs if they know we are paying 2k and up for their rims. And to buy some Ray's lugs, its around $130 I believe. WTF...

 

Volk offers so many different options for caps, valve stems, colors, finishes, etc... they keep it all separate, so that the buyer can mix and match to their liking. This is actually good for many, since they won't have to buy a second set etc.....
and of course, you've gotta pay for the name.... lol

 

The caps for the GT series: GT-7, GT-C, GT-P cost just over $100. They are not included with the wheels from Mackin. They come in 4 clear plastic boxes.
