Im about to get in some SF Challenges and I wanted to know what are some good ways to clean them and also the ways to not clean them. What would be good to use, what wouldnt be, ect. I plan on probably just washing the rims with the Meguiar's car shampoo I usually use to wash my car. How do you guys take care of your Volk rims?

 

Wash them with good ole car soap and water, then when you got some time a good coat of Meguiars cleaner wax will help make them easier to clean next time.

 

I'm sure you'll want to keep the lip polished. I haven't owned a set of volks (yet) but I plan on keeping a bottle of mothers mag polish around. I have used it on plenty of other wheels and it works really well.

 

Careful.....Volk lips are clear coated. You won't want to use an ordinary mag polish on them b/c it could damage them, but Mothers does make a "Clear Coat Wheel Polish" which is the right solution for the Volks.

I haven't used it though, so I can't vouch for it (mine is in the mail).
