Depends on your model:
Option 1 - 17" - 17x7.5 +30mm (F) & 17x8.0 +33mm (R)
Option 2 - 18" - 18x8.0 +30mm (F) & 18x8.0 +30mm (R)
Option 3 - 18" Rays - 18x8.0 +30mm (F) & 18x8.5 +33mm (R)

The calculator looks pretty cool, but so far the only real life 19" packages I've seen are as follows:
19"x8.5J +30mm offset or +35mm offset (F)
19"x9.5J +35mm offset or +38mm offset (R)
Checkout the mega post on Wheels & Tires in the Technical section... it covers loads of options & styles.
I have seen a post with Chromed 20's on 2 Z's but can't shine any light on the offsets etc... Check out arch clearances as well, some cars need their inner arches rolled to provide the necessary clearance to avoid rubbing.
