will have to roll my fenders? and will I be able to lower in the future without any problems?

if anybody is running this width and offset please post pics.

There is no real answer for this quesiton. The camber settings and how low you plan on going will determine if you will rub. I have a 9.5 +24 rear offset, and I can see my wheels rubbing a little possibly if I lower it too much. I think a +12 will most likely rub the fender.

Their was a thread on 350zmotoring.com of somebody running a 13 offset i think, no rubbing, but he wasn't lowerd much or not lowered at all if i remember.

That offset will stick out past the fenders. It will rub and forget about lowering. It may not even work if you roll the fenders.

unlikely.....mine are 18x9.5 with a +20 and no rubbing at all (my car is very low), with a 275/40 T1S but any bigger and I'd be shaving the fender lips
