I just got my Iforged 19x8's for the front and 19x10's in the rear. 4" deep dish in the back and 2 1/2" in the front. I am not planning on dropping my car anytime soon. I want to get tires that arent going to make my car look raised. I was gonna go for 285/35/19R and 245/35/19F. Someone told me that is going to make my car ride unevenly. What do you guys think of that tire setup? Any recommendations on where to get tires in Socal? I don't know too much about tires, so any help is greatly appreciated.
The Fronts will be .22 inches smaller in hieght. And the Rears will be .95 inches less in hieght. This assuming you had the 18inch factory wheels. And when your speedometer shows 65 you will roughly be going 63 to 64mph.
If you had the 17inch factory wheels the fronts will be .11 inches smaller now and the rears will be .52inches shorter than stock.
So all in all you will drop in diameter less than an inch, will your car get lowered that much, im not really sure but i doubt it will get any higher. hope this helps!!!

Whether you drop or not, you want to maintain the factory designed in stagger. You don't want to put a 30 series in back. If it were me, with an 8" front and a 10" rear I'd put a 245/35/19 in front and a 275/35/19 in Back. The front wheel width limits you to the 245s. If they were 8.5" you could put a 255/35 - 285/35 combo. But, the 245 - 275 combo will work out great with your wheels.
What that someone meant, is that with different size tires front and back, since the overall diameter of the tire/wheel combo is different, the car would ride (look uneven). This is not true, since the "Z" was designed this way, and when we change our wheel/tire combo we need to maintain the stagger.

REMAIN AS CLOSE TO STOCK STAGGER AS POSSIBLE! In order to do this, you need a 255/35 front and 275/35 rear. thats the set i have, and it is a .55 difference, and meets nissans warranty. under any circumstance DO NOT get a lower aspect ratio for the rear. The Z will run strange on corners and upset TCS (first hand experience.)
