gt7 with big lip

In dec i was at HIN and saw a 240sx with a huge lip on some volk gt7. The lip was like 4 inches what would I need to do to get the biggest possible lip on the gt7?

10.5"+ width and an offset some where in the +teens range. Don't expect to fit a BBK evAr and expect to have some fender issues.

hey nead those would fit no problem? I heard the biggest would be a 90 mm like a 3.7 inch lip
