Default What do you guys think of this wheel setup?

Hello...I am a new Z owner...what do you think of this:

Enkei PK-6
18x7.5 front w/225/45 18 using factory front tires
18x9.5 rear w/275/40 18 buying same brand as front

I am not lowering the car or putting any spoilers so I am afraid the front wheels will stick out more than the rear if I go with a 8" wheel or bigger on 245's for the front. My main goal is to have the rear wheels stick out more. (The factory tourings make the car look as if the front wheels/tires stick out more than the back) I love the look of the 911 Porsches which generaly have much wider setups on the rear. Will 225's front and 275's rear handle properly? (less oversteer?) Will the rear stick out too much as proportional to the front? Sorry so many questions...thanks

Michael

Have the fronts 18x8 or 18x8.5. You can still have the rears stagger out the way you want them. You just need the right offsets. This is what makes them look staggered or not.

I have those wheels in 8.5 front and 9.5 rear. Front tire size is 245/40 and they do not stick out more than the rear. They look perfect actually.

if you go 225/275, you are just going to make the handling worse.

hey,

Go with 8.5 front and 9.5 rear.

The offset should be around +25

Anyone know how much they weigh for the 8.5 and 9.5?
