Is paint chipping on 17" alloys a warranty issue ?

Is paint chipping on 17" alloys a warranty issue ?

All my four wheels have noticable multiple paint chips. Has anyone else noticed the same .

Does anyone know if this is covered under my warranty ? these are the 17" alloys on an 04 Base

Yes it is absolutely covered. My front two stock 17s did this I took the car in and got replacement rims ordered and then put on under warranty.
