Question Coil-Overs?

What is a good coil-over to go with, without spending a HUGE amount of cash. Tein, Nismo, etc. For an everyday driver. I'm not worried about a little stiffer ride. But I want to change the wheels to a 19x9.5 and 19x10.5, so the suspension needs to work with that.

How about good shocks and lowering springs? I'm looking at Koni's and springs. If you aren't going to cornerweight the car or adjust the height on a regular basis, just skip the coilovers and get a quality shock/spring combo. my 0.02.
