Default Great Deal!! Gold Volk TE37 with Toya T1S

My fellow forum members,

I need your help!

I recently had all 4 of my wheels/tires stolen. In a frenzy to get the car fixed, I stumbled across a set of Axis Hiro with Toyo tires which was defective. The unfortunate thing was I found that out after they were installed on my car. After several unpleasant discussion with the wheel vendor, I decided to return the wheels/tires. In the mean time, I ordered a set of Gold Volk TE37 19x9.5 front, 19x10.5 rear with Toyo T1S 245/35 front and 275/35 rear from 350zonlinestores for $3285, so hopefully I could get my car back on the road as quickly as possible.

I just found out that the returning of the Axis wheels is much more involved and complicated than I thought and there is a good chance that I might not be able to return the wheels without being charged a hefty restocking fee. The bottom line is, I may have to stick with the Axis wheels.

The problem for me is, Bryan at 350zonlinestores already has the 4 Volk TE37 mounted and balanced and ready to be shipped. He said he would have to charge me a 20% restocking fee should I cancel the order. This is about $600!!

Bryan said if I could find anybody to purchase the wheel/tire set at the same price, $3285.00, then he could cancel the order without having to charge me.

I think this is a reasonable deal, or else I wouldn't have ordered it. If you are interested in getting Volk TE37, please help me out my grabbing this deal, so I can get out of this whole mess! Thanks a lot!

If you are interested, please let me know so I can call Bryan to refund my credit card.

I guess the initial post might be a bit too long.

Essentially, Bryan at 350zonlinestores has a brand new set of spectacular 19' gold TE37 9.5 front and 10.5 rear, mounted with 245 front and 275 rear Toyo T1S for sale at $3285. Most people have them in bronze or gunmetal.

Let me know if you're interested.

i hate to say it, but you are unlikely to find anyone who will want to buy your choice of wheels at a regular price just cause you jumped the gun. try offering to cover a few hundred for them and there may be some interest. i don't think you'll break even on this one.

If the Axis were defective, you should NOT accept paying any restocking fees, and should be refunded every penny including shipping both ways. If not then you can simply contact your credit card company and dispute the charge, and let the vendor fight it out with them.

i agree with copba1t - there is no reason you should have to keep a set of defective wheels if you bought them from a vendor.
