ok looking at a rim.

rear 19x9.5 comes in either 20mm or 35mm.

now wouldnt the 20mm have 15mm more lip and fit in fine.

front 19x8 comes in either 20mm or 40mm offset

now in that case would the 20mm have 20mm more lip than the 40mm offset

A +20 offset wheel may not necessarily have 15mm more lip than a +35 offset wheel, it depends on how the spokes "curve" on the different offsets. In other words, it depends on the design of the wheel.

 

ok thanks what would be good for teh 350z/g35 with brembo optoin 35mm rear on the 19x9.5 and 20mm frotn on 19x8?

 

Yeah to make sure you clear any BBK I would go with the 19x8 +20 and the 19x9.5 + 35.
