Default tire flatspotting prevention

I will be putting my Z up for storage in the near future. How do you prevent flatspotting on tires? Do i need to lift the car up so the tires are no bearing the weight of the car.

What do you make of this gizmo?

that thing is rediculous add a few more psi or pick up some jack stands
