bknezevic;

North East Aftermarket Distributing. My only complaint is that they did not send my center caps with my rims. I called and was told by someone other than my salesman that center caps were $30.00 a piece extra. Thought about it and had to call bullsh*t on that one. Called back and talked to my salesman and he stated he would look in to it and call me back. That was yesterday and still no word. Other than that it was a good transaction. I got my wheels in 90 days as originaly promised. They answered any questions I had promptly and were pretty good at calling me back. I'll let you know how the center cap issue is resolved if your interested in their customer service after the Sale.

Sorry I didn't get these pics hosted. I'm on 56k at a condominium right now, so it takes 5 minutes to check each thread, and 10 minutes to upload one pic.

Center Caps on all GT-series models (GT-C, GT-7, GT-N, and the new GT-V and GT-AV) are an extra $120 ($30/each)

The LE and SF series come with VR centercaps included, that I know for sure...

I like the lip on the front rims people are getting...offsets of like +30-38 or so, but the enormous giant lip that EVERYBODY is getting in the rears makes them look like SUV deep dish bling bling rims.

Obviously people are doing this to align the edge of the tire/wheel to the edge of the fender so it doesn't look awkward, but maybe using a spacer or something would look more tasteful. If anything at least get the same offset.

Anybody have the same opinion as me? lol
You are not alone.

I'm not a big fan of the '1" lip in the front/5" lip in the rear' look myself...

I love my setup however - 2.75" front/3.35" rear - well balanced, fat lip in the front, slightly larger in the rear to know where the power is coming from

ok...I am a newie here, but I will say that is one thing that has attracted me to the Z is the aftermarket rims you can get. I love the large lip! I guess it's just an old muscle car thing. I think with the little lip wheels look like they belong on a front wheel drive ricer.

but different things for different folks!

Love the rims!

Mike Niles from North East Aftermarket Distributing called me back yesterday and offered to sell me the center pieces for $80.00 instead of $120.00 becuase of the misunderstanding. Now I am completely satisfied with there service.
