Wheel offsets

Wheel offsets

i wanna know if these offsets fit before i buy these wheels from someone. The offsets are +38f and +43r. would these fit on a 350z?

Those offsets seem high, wheels would look really tucked in , probably won't clear Brembo's if you have these.
