Bought my Z that came with 20's and some nice wheels...... Not bad but I'm trying to achieve the crazy stretch look and I'm not so sure I can get the look I want with 20's and current wheel size I have. Debating about selling the set and picking up some 19x10 & 19x11

Currently has:
255/35/20 R Wheel 20x10
225/35/20 F Wheel 20x8.5

25mm spacers all around

Tires have a decent stretch but tempted to go down a size to get a crazy stretch and the wheel rim showing more, I know to each his own.

Also has Tein Coilovers just installed but not to happy with the drop considering rears are maxed, thinking of pulling the collars to drop her some more, fronts have plenty to go lower. So many choices....

Here she is now.........Flamesuit on for all you 20' haters

Default Tire recommendation

Im going to be getting 20x9 +15 rims for the front 20x11 +15 for rear. I am getting my fenders rolled professionally, and dropping my car on coils. yes i am going for a "stanced" look so flame if you must. I am just looking to see if anyone has a similar setup and can recommend a good tire size for front and rear. I know they will need to be stretched, that is why i am asking you guys. I also know that it is a close fit with I think is the control arm coming over the wheel. I am running 9.5" width volks all around right now. I appreciate the help, Thanks!

I can't get my head around the fact that you want to basically screw up a real drivers car to the point that the ride quality is going to be such that low 'n' slow is the only way you're ever going to be able to drive it. A friend of mine has done a similar thing to his S13 and its godawful in almost every respect, no, in every respect as a sports car. I just hope you have good roads where you live or you'll be needing a visit to the chiropractor pretty soon. I know it takes all sorts and that's what makes the world a wonderful place (cliché, cliché), I just hope you never have to make a long journey in it coz your *** is gonna feel like you've been raped 12 ways 'till Tuesday.

All you're gonna be missing is the 20in emblem right next to the Z emblem on your fender

Don't really see the problem with 20s as long as its not slammed with stretched tires. 255/35 front 295/30 rear on stock suspension here. Rides well and handles fine. Not a great picture but its all I have at the moment.

i think the issue is with 350Z's not 370Z's. the wheel wells in the 350Z's aren't as large as in the 370Z's, so it makes 20" wheels look big.

looks like you have a 370Z and they fit just fine!

I think the main problem with 20's is the weight but they do look pretty donkish on 350z cars.

I have the Eibach pro kit springs, Hotchkis sway bars front and rear, all the GTspec braces except the fender upgrade and the SPL billet rear differential bushings. No wheel hop and plenty of responsive handling.

What's your offset/ and tire size. I'm looking to raise mine a bit.

Fits better on the 370, but my 350z with 20s wasn't an issue either.
19s

19s

20s -much better looking in my opinion

Even on the Dragon with the 20s didn't cause problems, no rubbing even during this shot

what i had to do with those coils is take out the whole tein adjustable thing in the spring bucket and put the stock rubber piece back in. even then i had to cut that to level out my car.

man i dont like 20s myself, but the amount of people that come in here to talk crap is just ridiculous. get a life.
