"Look OK"is the way you think they would look.

IMO,your wheel size(width)&tire sizes are OK.
Offsets are bad. Good "traditional" offsets would be:
20 front
25 rear
Start there.
Research more to get info on spacers if you want a more flush look.

I agree ^

35 is not the best offset for the flush look.

I have +20 front and +12 rear 18x9.5 on order and they should be right around the fender lines, less in the front than the rear. Are you willing to roll your rear fenders?

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

35 offsets will be ok..fronts will be equal to stock rears will stick out about 1/2" more. Now...next issue..you're gonna have a FENDER GAP with those TIRES, since these are shorter diameters.
I would look at 25 Offsets and 245/40 275/40 tires.

I don't know sorry, I got them from my a guy who had them on his evo.. they look smaller probably because of the massive wheel gap

Default Will these wheels fit on my 03 Z?

So I'm looking to buy a set of rims but am not sure if there going to fit my car.. I have an 03 Touring, pretty much stock, not lowered, no spacers.

These are the specs:

BRAND: 5 Zigen
SIZE: 19x7.5
OFFSET: +43
BOLT PATTERN: 5x114.3
TIRES: Falken FK452 245/35/19

They do come with tires, but I'm too concerned about the tire size because if I do buy these rims I'll be buying new tires

Spend some time in this thread or read the Top 100 FAQ and you will see that those wheels were never intended to be used on a 350z. A G35 Sedan maybe but never a Z.

Well having a higher offset would just mean I won't achieve the 'flush' look correct? Or will it actually affect performance.. ? Would it be safe to drive with them?

Those are going to be so sunken in on your Z. Here's a 19x9.5 +22 and 19x11 +25 for reference.

19x7.5 +43 is going to be 46mm more in than what is pictured up front, and 62mm more in than what is pictured in the rear. You could drive on them I'm sure but that is quite a narrow and high offset wheel for your car.

Compressed some. Still needs to come completely off the lift and new alignment.
