19" Wheel & Tire Discussion Thread
Welcome.
Fit? Why would it not fit?
275/40/19: Actual speed 100.0 MPH. Speedometer will read 96.46 MPH. Is this acceptable for you?

Man,how many times has this question been asked?
The tire sizes you selected for 19's,are the "traditional" sizes
for 19's.The 40 series tire has a pretty low sidewall(I have this mix).
I'd stay away from the 35's.

275/40 doesn't look right on 19s IMO. Go with 18s if you want more tire or stick to 35 series tire on the 19s and drive carefully. Parts of new york are like driving on the surface of the moon and my wheels are holding up fine.
Traditional size? Are you sure ? The sizes he posted are 1 inch taller than the stock tires. Does he have clearance for a 1 inch taller tire? Post pics of your car with the super tall tires on it.
Okay so I was looking into getting these for my white 04 350z.

And I guess my question is will they fit with a +40 offset on a completely stock 350z

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

Don't waste your time. You will have to spend more money on wheel spacers just to push them out to factory specs.
$350 wheels
~$200 decent wheels spacers
~$600 tires (being generous)
~$30 hubcentric rings
Not to mention mounting/balancing.
IMO, keep looking. There are decent wheel/tire packages available that will fit properly for the amount it would cost to make those work.

Are there any decently priced 19" wheels with lower offsets (below +25), some good lippage, and a staggered setup wider than 8.5 and 10, that IS NOT named varrstoen 1.1.2? I have been looking at every brand and it seems you cannot get all 3 together. I tried looking in the classifieds for some higher end wheels, but not much on there right now...
