It seems like you're correct in your thinking, but are making it sound more complicated than it is. In my previous reply I stated that you don't have the "extra" 3% variance. To clarify, you actually do have that tolerance. It's just that the "ideal" setup is ~3% taller rear (2.73% to be exact as you've stated). The computer has to give you some leeway or the warning light would be on the dash on the majority of Zs on this forum. My tire setup is actually ~3.7% taller in the rear, but works wonderfully (245/40/18-275/40/18).

Sup everyone, I'm new at this and I'm hoping to learn something(s) before buying it. I am looking at some work wheels at 19x9.5 +10 and 19x10 +10. My question is for the rear since the offset is +10 would it still be flush once I drop it? I'm not going for the aggressive looks. I'm dropping it with bc racing coilovers and Im not slamming it either. I'm trying to avoid camber for the back. I hope it's clear enough thanks

so you may need a spacer to get as flush as you're talking about.

Depends on the tire and how generous you are with the fender roller.

Well I think that setup looks pretty good for the rear.. what tire setup where you running?

285/35. Keep in mind these are 1/2 inch wider than your wheels though.

Default Anyone running 275/35/19 and 245/40/19 R-S3's?

Will this size combination **** off the VDC? I am in need of some sticky rubber to put the power down, I have R-S3's on my Miata AutoX car and they are freaking amazing!

Aww man that stinks, R-S3s only come in 235/35/19 and 245/40/19

Looks like I am stuck with RE-11's which will probably require more fender work than I have already done (I am on 245/35 and 275/35 452's right now with (9.5 +15 f and 10.5 +15 r) or AD08's which come in pretty much every size.

Default Wheel Fitment.. Flush Look

I have a 03 350z that I'm looking to get wheels for and was trying to get advice on the fitment and looking for a flush look. I'm not going for anything to crazily slammed or anything like that but I'm really interested in the Varrstoen es222. 19x9.5 Front and 19x10.5 Rear with +12 offset front and rear. My worry is that I am also looking to drop the car on Eibach springs 1" and wasn't sure if it would fit WITHOUT rolling the fenders. Any advice would be appreciated.

You will need to roll the fenders even without a drop assuming you're planning on using reasonable tire sizes with respect to those wheels widths and not some insanely stretch BS.

What kind of offset am I looking for without rolling the fenders then? +20's? I like the natural curvature of the Z and I dont really want to have to deal with the whole rolling thing. But at the same time I also like the look of having the tires tucked under the fender a bit.
