will this setup work?

Will 19x9.5 (+19 offset) fit the front without fender rolling or rubbing?

should work with 275/30/19 and a small drop.

That should seem right. The less wider the wheel, the less offset you can have. People with 9.5" Volks with 23+ looks kind of tucked. 19+ should be right about perfect.
