I have been trying to reach Iforged from Friday with no luck. Do they even work there? That has too be the worst customer service I have ever delt with. Does any one know where I can get the Air Valves that they use in there wheels? There air valves start from the center of the wheel with a small 90o angle and out the front of the wheel. If I knew that HRE used the same part I would buy it from them. If anyone knows where I can get one from please let me know. Thanks.

How do I explain it to a wheel shop that is not local? The wheel shops around here don’t have the exact one for the wheel.
Also how would Gq626 help me?
Thanks for all the help...

umm my Volk Gt-7s have the same 90 degree style stem. the guy that shipped it to me left out two of the valve stems. I was pretty pissed, but since my rear wheels are pretty wide, the shop that mounted my tires used there shortest, bout 1in stem, for the rears. And we used the 2 90 degree angle ones for the front. The only thing you have to worry about is clearing the brakes in the rear with the regular valve stem. Just tell the shop you want the shortest ones they got for the rears.

Avalon racing was the first people I called but they are out of the country right now and I need my wheels back asap. I tried a few other online dealers that sell IForged but they all say the same thing that they just get the wheels from IForged and no parts.
The good thing is that I got a call back from Vincent and they are sending me the Valve stem with next day air. I think they need a few more people working for them to answer the phones. If I was going to buy wheels from them and it was this hard to get a hold of someone I would of not purchased from them. I love there wheels and hope that they improve there customer service.

We work all customer service on orders placed through us. We can help on other issues but one needs to go through the dealker they bought the wheels from.
We have had great luck working with iForged for alomost 2 years now.

I've met Vincent in person since a buddy of mine knows him personally. I didn't like him too much and I have heard of many horror stories dealing with him/Iforged. I steered clear and would rather go with HRE's or Works

I am the one who started the thread and now that I have delt with them more. They are not as bad as I thought. The problem is getting to them. I recomend emailing Vince. Thats the best way or call every 15min untill you get a hold of one of them. If they didn't have such nice wheels I would of purchsed from another co. Why don't they hire some more people to take care of calls.
