Default Fitment question concerning offset (yes, AGAIN!)...

Ok, I'm looking at a set of wheels and the sizes are 17 x 9 +15 and 17 x 10 +12. I want to make 100% sure that these will not look akward or rub because of the offsets once I get these. Any comments? The auction ends soon, so I need feedback asap please
Thanks!

It really depends on what size tire you put on them but it'll be close. Really close. If you'v lowered your car, I'd guess they wouldn't fit. My car has stock suspension and a 275/40-17 on a 17x9 with a +27mm offset barely fits.

Yeah, I was planning on putting 275/40's on the rear and 255/40's on the front...

Would look really cheesy.

Small wheels=bigger rubber and with aggressive offsets?

In that case you should be ok. I run 275/40's all around (less understeer).

i think the rear would rub if your car is lowered.
