Well, I sold my gold SF Winnings and got yet another set of Volks (hard to believe I know). These are Volk LE28Ns with a Gloss Black finish. I wanted to go with a more sleek, racey look with a more open spoke design. The KDWs are awesome too! I got the rims from Evolution Autosports, tires from TireRack, and everything installed at Butler (high speed balance, nitrogen).

I've got to get my Kinetix camber & traction rods installed today and a re-alignment before ZDayZ.

BF Goodrich KDWs 255/35/19, 285/35/19

i really like the new Volks but that seems to be the comment from alot of people.

 

you have subs in the back? the rear looks alot lower than the front

 

that's one slick looking car!

 

now imo just slightly tint your front and rear lights, and a front lower lip, maybe black stillen lower valences and perfecto!

 

I personally do not like the look in comparison to the last set .... but hey, as long as you do that is what counts.

I agree on the front lip suggestion ... I think the wheels look quite agressive in comparison to the G's conservative body. A front lip, and maybe something else to make it a tad more agressive would make it a better match (to me).

 

Nice rims and thank you for posting pics. I was searching everywhere to get a nice pic of the gloss black. It's kinda weird how you went from gold to black Volks & 255/285 KDW2's. I ordered black volks last month with the same tires. I went from gold gt-c's to black le37's. Mine should be here by the end of this month...hopefully the won't screw me.

BTW, do you have any close pics of the rim showing off the gloss black and does the 255/35 &285/35 trigger the VDC on hard acceleration or turns?

 

those rims look amazing especially with the big brake kit. The CE28n are a very light wheel and not many people have them on Z's or G's.

looks good baumer, i dont know which i like better, i like the black BUT i liked the gold, i had the black LEs on order but wasnt sure how the glossy would look, looks good with the BBK too. i thought you were going with the gtvs.

 

Nice...maybe some red ray's lug nuts next? It's a tough call, I think I like your old wheels just a little more.

 

is the left side lower than the right? looks that way on the shot of the back.

 

tig- i ordered the gtv's but mackin sent the wrong wheels to the vendor so i cancelled the order and found the le28n's that i liked better anyways.

i have a set of red rays lugs on order already to match the calipers.. they're just on backorder right now.

Ive been waiting on gloss black LE37's since mid March when I ordered, they keep getting delayed. Now Ive been told sometime in June. Who's telling you end of the month? I ordered from Evolution....

 

I'm anxious to see the gloss black LE37Ts when they start coming in. Jeff said they had sold 4 sets I think. They should look pretty awesome.

Tig, I ordered the lugs from Performance Nissan. I thought they might be in stock but I got the dreaded back order email a day later. I checked with a few other vendors and they all said the same thing.

My suggestion would be a front lip and it would be perfect. It's pretty much perfect now though...

 

I was told that they would be in the states by the end of this month. Which means that we will probably get them some time in June.

I just hope the Gloss black will look as good as the diamond black. At first, I thought the black Volk use on the LE's were diamond black but to find out that you can only get either the old black which looks more gunmetal like or the new gloss black.

I just hope I can get them before June so I can rock them this summer.
