Stock tires for nismo rims?
the 18*8.5 in the front with 225 45 ZR 18
and 18*9.5 in the rear with 245 45 ZR 18?
Could any one tell me the limits in terms of width regading tires?

The recommended tires for the NISMO wheels are 245/40/18 in front and 275/40/18 in the rear.
I'm not sure if there are any hard rules about widths. If you look on a site like www.tirerack.com then look up the specs for a particular tire, the chart will show you the "Rim Width Range". That represents the acceptable range for that particular tire in that specified size.
BTW, the rim range for the stock Potenza (245/45/18) is 7.5" to 9" so your 9.5" NISMO rear is too large for the stock tires.
