I just called my vendor today and they told me that a container will be in Cali on June 9, like others have mentioned. Hopefully my rims will be in that container.

My vendor also told me that he does not know what rims are in the container until it arrives in the states. Is this true for every vendor?

 

If it makes you guys feel better...I waited for over a year to get the ones that I wanted.

Ordered a set with the SPECIFIC specs and details, the vendor decides to change it without telling me. Changed BOTH the offsets and rim widths and still charged me for the specs that I wanted. This is after I waited for 7 months.

Had to reorder another set and pay for those as well after I sold the first set....then waited another 7 months to get the rims in the offsets and widths that I originally wanted and specified.

So roughly about 13-14 months to get my rims in. Could be worse I am sure

 

Sounds like we may have ordered from the same vendor. I ordered sf challanges but I wanted 18s not 19s which most people order so they had none in stock.

 

4.5 months for my sf-challenges... 9.5 in the front, 10.5 in the back

 

called today my wheels are coming in june 15th but if there is 0 way to tell what shipment is there who knows. its well worth the wait though

It's June 9, anyone heard if the volks came in?

 

I found a vendor that had my wheels in stock, so the wait was about a week.

 

Mine will be here the 15th too, cant wait, sure hope its the real deal, im dying to get these on!!!

 

I called up my vendor today and he told me that my rims are coming in from Cali so I should have them around the 15th also.

 

I was told makein or how ever you spell it get there shippment in on the 15th not the vendors. I am waiting to find out if I can pay extra for them to ship my wheels to FL so I can have them mounted and sent to me in time for hot import nights on the 25th. Because the way I look at is makein get them on the 15th so say the go out by the 17th 5 days from CA to FL then time to mount them and ship them to VA so thats another 3 days if the get them right now so I dont think any of us will see wheels to the 20th or later

 

for those with 19" sf challenges, don't they look small? My setup is 8.5 rear and 9.5 front.

 

I waited 3.5 months.

I was told today that 2 of the 5 containers cleared customs and macken is currently unloading these two containers to check which rims came in. Anyone else waiting hear any different?
