I recently saw a Porsche 911. It was pretty brand new and I was impressed with how wide the back tires were. Since I will be upgrading my wheels and tires soon I was hoping you could tell me what the widest tire sizes were that would fit an otherwise bone stock Z? Do those tires come out past the wheel wells in the back and if so by how much?

I guess what I am looking for is something that doesnot come past the wheel wells that much but a little bit would be fine.

it would really depend on the rim's width and offset.

most z's here with aftermarket rims run a 275 in the rear.
