Default Question on Intensepower.com

Has anybody purchased any wheels or body kits from www.intensepower.com??? I bought a set of Volks Te-37 gunmetal from them and a full greddy body kit since March. Each time when i called them, they gave me the same response which is that it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. My payments has been made already and I just want to make sure I did not get rip off.

Mixed feelings... I've heard many people had good experiences from them.

Not me though. The customer service guy was a jack@zz to me. I can't remember what I was trying to order but it wasn't something major like wheels or a kit.

Don't take 2-3 weeks as the answer. Question the crap out of them until they give you the REAL reason, esp. since you paid them up front. That goes for any vendor that gives you the 2-3 weeks answer more than once....

Mackin/Volk, are sometimes lazy and slow on process. I orderd my GTC's from Intense, and it took 5 - 6 weeks. I cant remember, but give it another week or 2, if not make sure to call, and ask whats the hold up. They might not be in stock at mackin, if its a certain uncommon setup.

Its not their fault, they have no control over shipping from mackin or even from Volk.

I order from them all the time. Matter of fact, it is the only place I order from. I have had nothing but great encounters with intense. If you call again make sure you talk to Daren.

Just bought my Cusco a-arms last Friday and they shipped on Monday without a hitch. They gave me an incorrect tracking number but it was only missing a digit. Otherwise the transaction was seamless and they were very helpful. Shipment will arrive tomorrow.

I'd just recommend calling them directly to make sure what you want is actually in stock before buying it online.

The website isn't continually updated as to what's in stock, and if you call them and ask specifically they should be able to set the expectation as to when it will actually ship.

they are pretty honest in term of telling about what they have in stock or what is the availability from manf. Best way is to call and talk direct. Don't count on them to email you back. hehehe..

Default Talked with Darren today

thanks for all your advice, I called again today and talked with Darren. He told me that the body kits were back ordered but the rims should me in not more than 90 days of the order. so, i'll give it another couple weeks wait. I don't mind waiting, as long as i get what i paid for.

I had a bad experience calling them. Even their e-mail communication sucked.
