No worries. You'd think with all the research and waiting I've done, I would put down the correct info.

I just checked out another memeber's car today, and I was worried about rubbing issues in the front with the 9.5"/+19 offset wheeel. Do your front wheels/tires rub?

Also did you use the SPC Camber Arms and Toe Bolts on the rear or also the front? If you used it in the front, did you have to camber in for it not to rub?

I know you are dropped lower than I plan on going (I'm going Hotckis, so only 0.5"), so your insight would really help.

No way? I thought there were no rubbing problems with +19 in front?

Yeah I don't THINK there are rubbing problems, but I wanted to make sure. I checked out the other guy's ride (looked sweet BTW), and he's got the Hotchis springs, and Volk GT-7's in 19x8.5". His offset was +23, and it looked like it was cutting it close, although he had no rubbing issues. Since we got 9.5" in the front, and our offset is more aggressive at +19, I just wanted to make sure we wouldn't run into problems.

Back before I ordered my wheels i talked with t32gz extensively. He's slammed on the Tein flex and if I remember correctly had no problems with rubbing. The fronts are rolled from the factory, the rears are the only ones that need fender work.

I'm almost 98% positive we'll run into no issues. BTW keeping the teins

OK good. Whew! One less thing to be concerned about!

So you're keeping the Tein's afterall, eh? Don't worry, you'll be changing your mind again! hah...j/k...or am I? I don't know anymore.

I was actually gonna say, sell the Teins and buy back the Injen. This was the first time I heard the exhaust in person, and all I can say is DAMN! Sounds pretty crazy! It sounds WAY better in person. Tractng was nice enough to give me a ride in his car to hear the exhaust and feel the Hotchkis. I was impressed with both.

EDIT: Sorry for the thread hi-jack! I'm getting off topic here...

Sorry for the delay. I am only running the SPC in the rear. The front is a tad bit out of spec at 1.7 degrees. As far as rubbing issues. The rear hasn't rubbed once as far as I know. The front, I do get very, very little rubbing if I have the wheel turned and I'm going up a steap incline and with someone in the car with you, it rubs a tad more on steap inclines with the wheel turned. But overall not a big deal.

With the Hotckis, you should have absolutly no problems. My springs have settled to almost 2" drop with the stereo equipment that I have. The wheels tuck under the wheel well about the same amount front and back. At a guess the fender comes down just under 1/4" inch of the tire. Hope that makes sense.

Post some pics when you're done..

Do you have any close ups of the fender/tire? I'd like to see what kind of space we're looking at.

<---continuing to drool over the pics. I'm wondering if my GF210s will be low enough in back once the stereo is in and the volks are put on (10.5 +17 winnings).

Yes, it's time for me to bring this thread up once again. Anyways, I ordered my wheels through Chris at F1 and they came in on time, just as he promised . So I was able to go down there today and check out the wheels in person. I was going to get them put on on Saturday, but Chris didn't have the Hotchkis springs in stock (no biggie...I can wait another 3 days).

However, since I am going to be running a 9.5" front wheel with a +19 offset, will the wheel/tire stick out past the front fender? Like I said, I'm going to be running Hotchkis springs which drop the front like .5-.6". The rears should be fine since it's +29 (may even add a spacer). It's the fronts that I'm worried about.

I don't want to drop too much since I'm planning on getting the INGS half kit, which is why I chose Hotckis. What do you guys think?

Hotchkis should be fine. Let me just say photos do the winnings no justice. I'll leave it at that.

Wrong. In real life they are even WORSE than the pix portray. Anybody thinking of getting them should reconsider--I regret my purchase after seeing them in person!

Hopefully the Hotchkis cambers them in a bit. Can't afford to drop the car too much!

Anyways, here's a few pix I snapped today. I'll be getting them put on sometime next week

19x10.5", +29 (rear)

Box

19x9.5", +19 (front)

Both front and rear

Both front and rear (I think you can notice difference in lip sizes...it's slight, but definately there )

More pix will be posted NEXT weekend.

damn....maybe I'll just swing by F1 and just get my springs later...

Seriously WOW. Can't wait for more pix! So with my Hotchkis I'm probably cool on the front, right? Won't stick out past the fender?
