Default Tires on 18"wheels

I am Looking to get some 18" Tenzo rims and was wondering what you guys thought would be the best possible tire for my car with about $1000 dollars to spend on tires.

Thanks

Personally, for sort of budget tires that are still good, I really like the Yokohama AVS-ES 100's. For the performance stock 18" wheels they were about $150 each for the front and about $176 each for the rears and they are really good tires. I have a friend with an FC and that's what he runs and he loves them. Just my 2 cents.

i dont know how much tenzos are but you can get nice rims off of ebay for cheap usually (cheap being 1500 as opposed to 2200). As for the origianl Q i just got falken grb 451's from discount tire and they are great cheap tires. Total install with tax cost me ~780 plus $100 for the tps install in my new rims. Oh yeah 12 months no interest is nice too
