Default RAYS GGames 99B

Hello everyone,

The new GGames 99B is coming to America finally.

Manufactured using RAYS RCF method, these wheels are priced like a cast wheel while providing near the strength and weight savings of a forged wheel.

The 19x8.5 will be here in the states next week with the 9.5 & 10.5s following about 2 weeks behind.

I'll take pre-orders now.

Chris, can you tell us the weights and offsets of these wheels? Will the 9.5" wheel fit on the front and clear Stop Techs? And, of course, do you have prices?

Thanks.

Chris, I am very interested if the prices are right. I am thinking 9.5 +30 front, 10.5+40 rear (so I can fit the biggest tires possible). If you need a Z car to test fit these wheels for clearances when they arrive, holler at me (I'm local to you).

Thanks.

Chris, you lead me down the primrose path... then you dashed my hopes against the rocks.

When you said, "priced like a cast wheel" I am thinking $250-$300 per wheel, something like a 5Zigen FN01R-C (cast but still lightweight).

I can buy Nismo forged wheels for these kind of prices. What is the benefit of these wheels over the 2 pc G-games wheels at similar prices? I don't see it...

Bitterly disappointed...

The benefit of these over the 2 piece GGames, which are cast, is the manufacturing method.

The RCF method which takes a center cast with extra material, rolls it to form the barrel under super high pressure thus compacting the grain structure in the metal. It makes for a much lighter/stronger than cast wheel for the same ballpark.

Many of the Enkei "Race" series and BBS wheels are made using these same methods.
