I agree. The key word here is practical. You can always run a thin tire and camber out your back if you want. Some of us just prefer not to do those kind of things.

moral is that everything will fit... with insanely stretched tires, colapsed sidewalls and riding on abnormal contact surface due to the rediculous amount of camber...

car will ride and handle like a 1898 horse carriage, but it will fit

Just like a 20x7.5" FWD wheel would do!

I would choose the tires wisely since it is right on the edge of manufacturer recommendation. If you go with a Yokahama AVS Sport, you will be fine running a 265/30/19 since the section width is 10.6" and the width range fits from a 9.5-10.5" wheel.

Either way, the point of the post is that the particular wheel / tire size that the original post was will fit with room to spare. It will fit in stock ride height and when dropped.
