Can anyone help me with a non staggered tire and wheel combo that can be
rotated on a regular basis?

 

There are no such thing for Z. even OEM spec doesn't recommend it. Stick with stock spec.

 

Some directional tires can be "flipped" but not rotated. Keep them in alignment spec (avoid dropping the car too much etc)

No need to get non-staggered...

plus you could end up having to drive without TCS or VDC ever...
