They make a 255 in 19. That would be great for the front to restore the 20mm differencial front to back ala OEM and help with the tendancy to understeer with the 245's. I have 8.5" fronts so its not the ideal fit but still within listed specs. I wonder how it would look on the wheel???????????

I think we are in the same boat.
I have 8.5" Front and 9.5" rear. I am going to get 285/30/19's rear, but wonder how a 255FR will look.

A 255 on an 8.5 will look fine. I run a 255 on my 9.0 and it is vertical/flush .. so you will have a .25" bulge, if that, in the sidewall. I think it will look perfect.

I have 'em in the rears. Only about 2 mos. and 3000 miles on them so far. So far so good. I've used them for AutoX, and they were decent...nothing to scream about though...

I've had these tires for about 2 months now and love them. I have 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear with 245/35/19 and 285/30/19, respectively. I used to have Nitto 555 extremes, which were just shitty for traction for me trying to get 450 rwhp and 409 rwtq to the ground. The car would break lose sideways from a 2nd gear roll at 20 mph. At first, the T1-R's were a bit slick, but after a 1,000 miles or so they get a lot better. For me, the T1-R's work great and for the most part at least keep me in a straight line when under hard throttle.

i have the Ti-s and have about 7000 miles on them. Mine are becoming very noisy and the tread is still good.

Have you ever used the Michelin PS2's, im interested in hearing about anyone that has used the PS2's and gone to something else and what their experience was. I had Stock tires which were garbage. Then went to Toyo T1S's when I got my wheels. They were ok but they felt soft on the side wall and wore down quick at 15k miles, i wasn't even turbo'd.

That was my experience. Maybe your experiencing tire wear problem? Overall they aren't bad for how much they cost, which is what I like. I want a cheaper solution with similar results to the Michelin PS2's

maximumsportZ, you have the tire setup I'd like because of additional lip protection. One of my precious LE-37Ts have curb rash :-(

I was wondering how the drivability is affected with your setup versus 275/35 & 245/35?

Right now I'm depressed. I've had about 6k with my T1-S and the front tires are affected by tire feathering again. Dealership says alignment... but it was done a few weeks before I slapped on new wheels. I wonder if I should trade my car in for an '06? :-(

I got to add to the loving the T1R's part. I've had mine around 2000 miles so far and they are fantastic!

I don't care for the “blocks” on the edge of the tire. On the front of the 350Z, that's a recipe for cupping (alternating high and low blocks).

Default what size in the front

What are your wheel and tire sizes in the front? did you have to roll any of your fenders?

Infront they are 255/35/19 fronts needed no rolling the rears however had to be trimmed down a bit.
