Default Will Hotchkis rear sway bar clear my dual exhaust?

I'm running an HKS dual exhaust and I'm about to order the TVS stage-1 kit...will I have any clearance problems with Hotchkis rear sway bar?

Any of you guys running dual exhausts like injen, borla, stillen, hks etc have the Hotchkis rear sway?

Thanks in advance for the help/info.

I put them on just to be sure that there is no side to side movement. Don't know if I would actually have needed them but they were cheap insurance.
