I'm wondering if I should wait for those mesh wheels (281)...The tires on my 17" rims are totally gone! I'm not sure I'll be able to wait any longuer...
Anyway, if anybody gets more info on the 281, please let us know...
How about mounting some on a G35 Coupe as well? I'm probably going to buy either the 279's or the new 280's in a couple of months, and I'd love to see what they look like on a G.

I have the chrome 279 on my blk 06' G35c 6MT. Check out the pics on the G35driver forum "BBQ Run Pictures" thread. Sorry, its not the best pics.
As Mario mentioned they were designed to clear the big brake kits and also with the offset in mind to also bring them out nicely. My 278's clear the Brembos easily.
We get them locally as the gm for Status Wheels, manufacturers of the Ruff line, is a member of our club and their warehouse is in Ft Lauderdale.
Once you install the new modified wheels and tires, what/how do you do about the computer's tire pressure sensor alarm which goes off twice whenever I start the car? Will a Nissan dealer disconnect it for me? Can I still retain the other computer functions without the tire pressure sensor?

You can still use the sensors with these wheels, why didn't you?
