Default Differences Between 19" in 8.5/9.5 vs 9.5/10.5 ?

Has anyone had first hand experience between different 19" setups in 8.5/9.5 versus 9.5/10.5 ? I'm looking at the Nismo LMGT4s, and I'm leaning towards a 9.5/10.5 setup, but there looks like there's a 2 to 3 month wait on those!
Of course I'm looking for a deal on those too, so if anyone knows where I can get a deal on Nismo LMGT4's...

Does a 9.5/10.5 setup grip better or handle better? Or that much better? I know the wheels in 8.5/9.5 would be slightly lighter than a 9.5/10.5 setup...

Here's what i think,

the 8.5/9.5 setup is good. I'd prefer a 9/10' setup.
I have the 8.5/9.5 19" 5zigen wheels 245/35/19 & 285/35/19.
These are lighter than going 9.5/10.5.

9.5/10.5 rims can provide better grip because you can run larger tires. However, the max people put is 295. Most run 275 or 285 which both fit perfect on a 9.5" rim. So basically the choice is up to you. If you think you will roll your fenders then try and squeeze the 10.5's and get a 305 or something otherwise a 9.5" is good enough and lighter. If your looking for a more agressive lip or deep dish, then a 10.5 should provide about 1" more.

The difference is mainly for looks! That's it.

I really don't see a difference other than cosmetics and a slight weight defference. I run 8.5/front and 10/rear. Work like a charm.
