Can anyone guide me thru how to install these?

Hmmm, I wouldn't put that large of a spacer on if it is not hubcentric. You will have major vibrations. Trash em and go to Performance nissan to get their H & R spacers

Yeah the ones you listed don't involve anything special no install you just put them on and then put the wheels on. Most good spacers sets will include longer studs and be hub centric.
