Default Fit of 18x9.5F and 18x9.5R

Thinking of Getting Some Work Emotion Cr's. I was going to go with the standard 8.5 +30 9.5 +20 But I'd rather try a non-staggered setup going with 9.5's all around. I figured it would help handling and it might give me a little more concaveness in the front. What kind of offset would fit the fender up front with a 275 or 255 tire?
I'm also lowered on Hotchkis Springs.
Is it possible without rolling the fender or should I just got with the 8.5 and 9.5?

I have 5Zigen FN01-RC in 18x9.5 +22 front and rear with 275/40/18 front and rear. I had to flare the front fenders a bit as it was obviously rubbing in the front. Merely rolling the front fenders wouldn't help.

Perhaps the +30 CR for the front and running a 275/35/18 in the front would be a better solution.

Would simply upping an INch in width and keeping the same +30 offset in front give the more concave look upfront that i"M looking for?
If 275 is too wide for the front I may just go with 255 or 265 If I can get some goodyears in those sizes. I want to keep the aspect ratio at 40 to keep the ride smoother.
